At Beauty From Bees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural skincare journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 75% full and includes all original components.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
